The impregnated diamond core bit is the most commonly used bits in mineral exploration and the geotechnical drilling industries, China Geo-Equip Tech (CGET) can offer the drill bits for underground and surface exploration applications. The matrix layer of our bits crown contains a uniform distribution of synthetic diamond crystals by carefully selections that are embedded in the special made matrix by decades years of experience. When the matrix layer is eroded, the new layers of sharp synthetic diamond will be exposed until the matrix layer of the bit crown is consumed totally . The function of the impregnated diamond core bits, such as overall bit life and penetration rate are dependent on the grain size, concentration and grade of the synthetic diamond crystals as well as the relative hardness and property of the metal bond materials.

CGET has developed a range of impregnated diamond matrices with matrix layer metal bonds that range from hard, abrasion resistant types to soft, ductile types.This includes full range high tech and high quality drill bits with different crown profiles. Recommended for very soft and broken formation works with triple tubes coring
